Northern Ireland's First Lady Accused of Hate Crime

Once again we see someone accused of a 'hate crime' for simply stating their opinion about homosexuality. This time, however, the accused is Iris Robinson. She is married to Northern Ireland's First Prime Minister and thus consider to be that country's first lady.
Mrs. Robinson is quoted as saying that homosexuality is "disgusting, nauseous, shamefully wicked and vile", as well as, "It's an abomination." The complete story, reported by WorldNetDaily, can be read by clicking here.
Anyone paying attention to the news can see the trend developing and growing. Anything short of full support for the 'gay community' and gay lifestyle is fast becoming seen as a hate crime. If one is opposed to gay marriage they can be accused of a hate crime, especially in Canada. In another article on WorldNet Daily's website, titled Priest Investigated for Quoting Bible, it is reported that a Catholic Priest's belief that marriage should be between a man and a woman has put him under investigation. Yes, quoting the Bible can get you sent to prison in some countries, and we are talking about 'free', western nations!
We have reported about the trend in the school's in California to promote alternative lifestyles, and to punish those who do not support the trend and openly oppose it.
This is simply another way for the powers of evil to attack Christians, and it will get worse. Much, much worse.
