Scientists Strive To Create Life

In a very disturbing story released by the Associated press today, scientists expect to announce in the coming years the creation of "synthetic life".

It should come as no surprise that groups of scientists around the world have been diligently striving to create life from scratch. The recent advances in cloning were only the beginning. Now scientists are looking at the creation of a very simplistic form of life with the next 3 to 10 years. Their plan is to lay a foundation and let "evolution" take over. As with many scientific endeavors, these scientists are driven by their belief that there is no living Creator God, and they strive to prove their belief. Their "god" is their science, as well as themselves. So, just as science chases after evolution, life in the universe (beyond earth), and other fanciful theories, they now want to be the "creator" themselves. If they can pull this off, then in their minds it provides further "proof" that God does not exist.

The question is, will they succeed? The answer is a resounding NO!! Only God can create life, as these scientists will one day discover. Yes, that will be the great discovery that will truly amaze them, and they will be humbled by it.
