• Spring equinox = March 20; 05:48.    Autumn equinox = Sept. 22; 15:44

• Calculated time of moon's conjunction ('black moon') closest to the spring equinox = March 7; 17:14

• Projected date of sighting of new moon crescent closest to spring equinox = evening of Saturday March 8.

• Therefore, first day of the new year (daylight portion) = Sunday March 9.

• Projected sighting of 7th new moon = evening of Monday September 1.

• Therefore, 1st day of 7th month (daylight part) = Tuesday September 2.

• To count Pentecost = 50 days from Sabbath in the week of Unleavened Bread (March 29) = May 18.
